the company's position differs from the NASDAQ position and is a normal response. the company will always fight to keep its listing and hope to improve its balance sheet to do so, so while they discuus this they are out working on it. They would not be able to do so if they instead said, yes, NASDAQ is correct. The company may be able to correct or have corrected it. I place my trust first with the authorities who have nothing to gain and are chartered to provide a safer market for us invest in.
