Integrated Health Services Changes President OWINGS MILLS, Md., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Health Services, Inc. (NYSE:IHS) announced that Lawrence P. Cirka, company president, has left IHS employment to pursue other interests. Robert N. Elkins, Chairman and CEO will assume the position of President and C. Christian Winkle will continue to serve as chief operating officer. Mr. Cirka's departure is amicable and he will continue to consult with the Company on an as-needed basis.
