I don't think that is overstepping any bounds, do you? Gary, Bravo. You have my vote as the asnd thread representative. We will use you as our mouthpiece! We shall make requests and demands, we are a voice to be reckoned with. Lets assume that worldwide the asnd thread has about 5000 investors, including lurkers, who follow it, that's probably conservative. Each investor controls an average of $20,000 capital, thats a potential $100 million that your report will have influence over!!! (GGG) Fuzfo

But fair warning, I generally don't let go of something when I get it in my head, and I have it in my head now that, having personally made a statement to me back in January on which I relied (and which I reported here), Ashby should be willing to take 30 seconds on the phone to reaffirm or revise what he said. Gary, You can vote my proxy shares! I think management does a good job taking to investors when they call...they seem to be a bunch of friendly people. It has to be good news on reporting early. Or perhaps they don't want that extra earnings on this quarter! If they came out with .30-35 the stock would get too hot too fast? Remember the williams deal was pretty big...and the mystery co (AT&T?) I'm sure you will get your response soon. Jeff
