ICG Commun Unit Netcom Unveils Joint Netcomplete Svc

SAN JOSE, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Netcom On-Line Communication Services Inc., a unit of ICG Communications Inc. (ICGX), unveiled new capabilities for its ISDN services, which it developed jointly with 3Com Corp. (COMS) and Netopia Inc. (NTPA).

In a press release Thursday, Netcom said multiple users on an office local access network can share service for Netcomplete ISDN service when it gets routed through 3Com's office connect local access network modem or a Netopia router for ISDN.

Netcom's servers allow businesses to offer Internet access and individual e-mail accounts to as many as 10 users.

Netcomplete ISDN 100 includes 100 hours of B-channel access and two e-mail accounts for $49.95 a month. Initial set-up is $50, and additional time is 99 cents an hour.

Netcomplete ISDN 200 includes 200 hours of B-channel access and five e-mail accounts for $89.95 a month. Initial set-up is $100.

Netcomplete ISDN 100 and 200 are available now.
