Hi Sonki:

As for SUNW hitting $33-$38, I do not know exactly when that would be except that it will be sometime between now and end of May (IMHO of course). The problem with SUNW is not fundamental but rather perception and at this time and despite what these con artists (i.e. analysts) are saying, the perception surrounding the company is not very strong as far as future growth and earnings are concerned. These perceptions come from many sources such as CPQ-DEC merger, HP's aggressiveness in the server market (especially in the NT segment), and of course Asia, Y2K and a little bit of the old MSFT/Wintel mentality. I feel much more comfortable buying the stock after this quarter's earnings are out even if I end up paying a few more dollars for it (which in my opinion at this time is highly improbable).

As for ELNK I dont think I will buy back the stock again ever due to its rich valuations. Eventhough the stock may go to $100 (!) it is a bit too risky for my taste. The same goes for AOL too. The one internet company I just bought back some shares is PSIX which I believe has a lot more upside potentials at this time.

And of course as always just my humble opinion which has proven to be wrong many times in the past!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
