When Dell spouts out its ASP number does it subtract out this revenue from this service they are providing or do they just take the total revenue number and divide by units ? Could it be that DELL is building high margin service revenue which is helping to offset lower profit margins on hardware ? I really don't know the answer to these questions. Perhaps this is related to the 20% of DELL's sales that come from the indirect channel. Jim
