You have the number to RMIL, you posted it, why don't you call them? I'm a shareholder, I think better diligence would be to call the co., IMO, but, I will say this....RMIL is just the shell to make RMCW a publically traded company. The co. has submitted its partof the 15c2-11's, the MM's are doing their diligence, once they submit, the NASD will inform RMIL when it will commence trading.
If I were you, I'd call RMCW, since RMIL is waiting on info from them as well.
The shareshakers who are attempting to tank RMIL point to managements' performance , but the management they slam, doesn't exist anymore, RMIL is just the shell so RMCW can be a publically traded company. Pointing to OVIS's past is a 'short trap' IMO, to shake shares. RMCW management is in Colo., the BOD will meet after the $10MM is finalized, then, I hope, it will finalize the management changes that will liberate RMIL from OVIS.
