<In the ANTX thread there is a mention of certain warrants/units exercisable from March 24 and their cost being 0.50. Do you or any of the amigos know anything about it? I am just wondering if this is
going to bring the price down around Mar 24. >

These warrants if exercised would definatly bring the price of the stock down, temporarily. The market would have to adjust for new shares. The Amigos have mentioned these warrants several times as the probable cause for the stock price remaining in a trading range. With all of the attention that this little company has received in medical journals, the stock price would be at least double by now.

Long term investors are not concerned with the potential exercise of these warrants, as the stock will recover quickly , should the warrants be exercised. We believe that there is a huge contingent of investors waiting to see what will happen. They are waiting for an opportunity to buy at a lower price.

It is uncertain whether the warrants will be exercised or not. The owners of these warrants, Blair, has been bought out. The new owners are evaluating the company and will let their decision be known in the near future.

The Amigos are not concerned with the potential drop in price that the warrant exercise would cause. We see that potential drop as an opportunity to buy more shares. This stock is a long time hold for us and we see this as a ground floor opportunity. We'll ride out the bumps.
