Well, fortunately I got in about the time when Kelly came in, so I haven't been a direct witness to the Hackworth-led decline in 1995 and 1996. I am inclined to be hopeful that Hackworth and the rest of management have learned from the experience and will be less prone to repeat their mistakes, and that the company has been transformed in a positive way. I continue to be long because I believe in the company and its employees. Otherwise I shouldn't be holding. The depart of Kelly worries me slightly, as it indicates Kelly wasn't happy and there might be a correlation between a level of unhappiness and disappointing or regrettable management decisions. But that isn't a fact, it's just a possibility.
