Jack,

How many conversions is Tava engaged in right now. How does Tava do the conversion?

Jack:

Your analysis is very sound...

A P/E of 50 applied against an eps est of 1.00 to 1.50 gives us a 12 month price target of 50 to 75... I'm being even more conservative than you... If we get a few more deals like Coca Cola, who knows what the earnings could be... One thing is sure... The panic to fix the Embedded Chip Y2k problem will build month by month... The news coverage will become a daily occurrence...

For those that refer to the Tulip craze, keep in mind how high that market went before it crashed... Also, keep in mind that TAVA offers a Value Added service that goes beyond Y2k needs... This is a Win Win investment as far as I'm concerned...

Jim

My take is a P/E of 50, with earnings double what is projected. And I think that is conservative.

Okay, now we're getting somewhere. What assumptions are you making to support these projections? What do you think earnings will be from Y2K and the core business for the next several years? Why do you think these earnings deserve a P/E of 50?
