Dave, the bottom line is that I will be tickled pink if we make this quarter's numbers and I don't see a way in the world to beat them. TLAB's management is one of the very best in the business but INTC and AMAT aren't too shabby either and they couldn't escape southeast asia. Look at ANDW today who attributes their problems to both SEA and Latin America. I know I'm comparing semiconductor, semi equipment, and wireless infrastructure apples to TLAB oranges but there is a slow down in telecom outlays from at least those two continents which simply has to hit TLAB negatively. If they can make it up domestically and in Europe, we'll be okay but I'm not counting on it. And you know I would be thrilled to be proven terribly wrong! Mike Doyle

Dave, I know you mentioned a stock split possibly quite awhile ago, have you heard anything?..or know why it hasn't happened yet?
