Why is there a quiet period? This is very surprising. If its due to the debt that they are floating then I think asnd is about to make an aquisition. If its not that then they are about to be aquired. What does everyone else think.

You know my position and how long I am, so you know I am biased here, but I think what the upgrades, and IR are telling us is that the 25 cents is nearly a lock. The question of a few million in sales one way or the other is the difference between beating the number by 2 cents like Q4, or coming in on the number. Of course they want to beat it by 2 cents again, but if they don't so what, as long as they are above 25 cents. They probablly would not have gotten the Everen upgrade if they weren't going to make the number. Now that said you level II of Everen being a selling makes me nervous, but not enough to sell!

That is my guess about what is being said here today.

Dennis

<<After all, what would be the Street reaction if they miss by even 1/2 a penny?>>
Well, if the street over reacts, it could create a great buying opportunity!

Come on guys! Why should the company enter a quiet period?
Any securities lawyers out there?
