D Lee, Thanks very much for your thoughtful reply. I look forward to holding CVIA for a very long time.

I talked to Keith Decker today and had a chance to get some clarification from him. As per previous msgs, word should be out within 7 to 10 days announcing the merger or announcing that the merger should be completed in a few days.
Very freindly guy. There is discusion about whether WOTD should change the names of the acquired retail outlets or keep the names of the original owners. Anybody have thoughts on this?
If someone from WOTC is listening in, Supershops closed their doors last month and let 3 prime locations vacant. One on the busiest road in washington state.

Since this is in my backyard, I'm in for the long haul.

Thanks Dave

I've been holding CVIA since Oct/Nov. I've been in contact with Jack Arnold a few times. He always has left me with a good impression, of himself and what he has been trying to do with CVIA.

I've put my money on Jack, not CVIA... if that sounds like a contradiction, it may be but its not often you will find a BB CEO willing to flat out tell you the truth about matters, and cares about what the share holders do and think.

I hope he can pull all this togather, he has taken on a tough task, and seems to be progressing well. If he does what he wants to accomplish with this company... we will all be a happy bunch of investors for some time to come.

If he can't pull this deal togather, I for one wont fault him for at least fighting a good fight. (this is'nt intended to be a negative comment.)

*It was a tough choice... a SI subscription or 7300 shares of CVIA <g>
