It might not mean anything,but Investor Business Daily has Actrade at 5 with funds, with an up arrow. Actrade has climbed 3 consecutive weeks, from 3-4-5. Institutions might just be buying on this down skid.

Zman: Davef accused me of lying on this thread. I challenged him to post one lie. He didn't, and couldn't. Instead, he sent me a private note with a quote of mine on a thread of a stock being hyped by "pump and dump" artist, Jeff Bruss of FutureSuperStock fame. He then threatened me, claiming my comment was slanderous [sic] and that Bruss, who he claimed to know, and the FCC [sic] would certainly like to know about my allegedly defamatory comment. Because Davef sounds like a Rah, rah guy for ACRT, I think it bears directly on his credibility whether he: 1.) Is in fact Jeff Bruss; 2.) Really knows Jeff Bruss, as he claimed in his threat; and/or 3.) Simply lied about his acquaintance with Bruss in an effort to silence me on this thread. How 'bout it, Davef? Simple questions, and even those inclined to take encouragement from your song and dance would appreciate a disclosure from you on this issue. Jeff
