Hi John,

Excellent work! My only comment to Barington is that they would most likely be very foolish to dump these shares considering the potential substantial upside over the next 6-12 months, and potential incredible upside over the next 3-4 years and beyond. Their due diligence of the company will, hopefully, convince them of this. However, in the event they do decide to dump their shares, I'm sure that there will be someone else willing to scoop them up.

In my estimation, if it becomes evident that they are trying to dump their shares after March 24, the bid/ask will be lowered so quickly that they won't make very much money at all.

Looking at this in a positive light, perhaps Barington will be able to convince the rest of the investment community of the Antex story, whatever that may be in the coming months. They certainly couldn't do a worse job than Blair did.

Regards,

Mark F. Beno

John, excellent work. I am trying to decide whether or not to take a position in ANTX. Everything looks good. Wonder what would happen to ANTX's relationship to SKB if Glaxo merges with them??? When you say 3.7m units you mean shares?? What is the web address for Barington Capital??

What do you see to be the biggest obstacle to ANTX's success??
Thanks for your help.
Albert
