MAGIC Software (MGICF) was losing money and the stock was beaten heavily. Then CRYSF's parent company got interested in it and intended to control the company. I would happy to see if CRYSF's parent company can actually control MGICF and re-organize its management. If that happens, I might invest in MGICF. They have good products but the marketing and sales is terrible. If you check their financial statement, you will find that the MGICF's problem is in its sales and management.

Anyway, MGICF's poor performance has nothing to do with CRYSF. On the contrary, CRYSF's parent company could save MGICF out of its misery.
