Mr. Brimmer will continue to serve as President on a interim basis as we continue our search to fill this role on a permanent basis.<< Scott, seems to me to be pretty much of a non-event (except to Mr. Carey) as he was basically already performing this role to begin with and most of us feel he'll continue doing a great job as COO. The biggy is whose going to be the Pres and that remains unanswered.......I just thank God they didn't name Brimmer as permanent President. Regards, Dennis
