RMTR files S-3 regarding private placement/no names/reposter Lou, Our beloved RMTR has filed form S-3 regarding more details of the preferred private placement and general business info. It looks like the preferred shares are spread among 6 separate un-named entities. Over 8 million common shares is being set aside to cover the preferred shares when they convert.
