I believe that it is generally accepted that the problem at INTC stems from CPQ. CPQ's problem stems from the stuffing the channel to have an immpressive 4th Q. This stuffing was done in the 4th Q and should have started appearing in slower orders to INTC in Jan/Feb and INTC should have known, if it didn't, that the problem was coming a lot earlier than March.

We'll just have to agree to disagree.
