After last quarter's surprise on the downside I too will hold my breath till I actually see the numbers in black and white.

I think without the currency situation in Asia we would have a really nice upside surprise, but this indeed will temper earnings. I would like to see .23 or so reported with strong applications growth.
This shouldn't be out of the question considering how well other erp vendors are doing currently.
A sharp spike in ORCL will soothe the heavy hits I've taken in Compaq over the past weeks, lets hope for the best.

Senthil-

There are no guarantees....only the facts and the charts.

Facts:

ORCL is the industry leader and the number two software company...

The high tech sector has been flying, except for non-performers...

The street punished ORCL severely for missing their numbers...

Larry Ellison hates to be embarrassed....

Ray Lane made a statement saying ORCL will not surprise the street...

The analysts will come....

The chart doesn't lie....

Any questions?
