Coy, The AKLM comparison is quite revealing. Especially the 90 day review period. While I'm not looking for MPRS to make a run above 5 within that time period, I think the company may be able to make good progress towards that goal. Then perhaps the Nasdaq would give them another 90 days.

Joe is probably right about the reasons MPRS would choose the stock split rather than the small cap listing. I don't believe any of the loans require a NMS listing. However, it may be an issue should the company wish to borrow more money, or down the road, merge. In the former case, the loan may be at a higher interest rate, in the latter it may make it difficult to drive a better bargain.
