I am sorry, but I seriously doubt any certain persons have anything to do with this announcement. NextLevel was an acquisition...nothing more. The merger is on per Steve Cayou, and there are 7-8 other acquisitions that have been planned all along. NextLevel was just the first to be involved with the new company. Any speculation beyond the fact that NextLevel may have just not wanted to be acquired is irresponsible. Planet Sports is poised to do exactly what it has stated previously in my opinion.

Riley,I think you were a little quick to sweep TG's info about NextLevel under the carpet. To lay blame on the doubters is simply not fair and is a cop out(pun intended) on your part. I applaud Doug's interpretation..DD

Really Riley? Is requesting or searching for information too much for a robust corporation to handle? It may be that the man in the "home/business" did some digging of his own. Possibly he was alarmed by more of what he saw for himself.

I'm a lurker around these parts, but I really gotta ask:

Riley, how do you associate this company announcement (bad news!) with the "nays" from the RMIL thread????

From my bopping around SI, I've seen you associated with 2 penny stocks: RMIL and TVSI. And neither one looks very healthy. Care to explain? I don't own either, but I *am* curious why some folks still seem to think you can pick "winners"! RMIL still isn't trading, from what I can see, even though it was supposed to come back some time ago. Doesn't look good to me at all...

Anyone else care to comment? Just from the facts and a bit of hindsight, I would be inclined to *avoid* any stock that Riley G gets excited about! Have I missed something here?
