$50,000 reward for ANY FACTUAL evidence on ACRT that is not positive.
Please provide three cross references for authenticity.

Also, provide bank wiring instructions. My offer stands until the opening tomorrow.

I last posted a $20,000 reward a week ago, but there were no takers.

If anyone had presented a cogent argument regarding the prior compensation plan,
I would have had to pay up. But the 8-K eliminated that one negative.

I wonder if these prices are the mirror image of when ACRT was at $28-$30.
I remember when.......................

stan-- Please accept my apology. Your positive TA on the stock had me thinking your motives could be suspect. I still disagree with your conclusions, but that may be that I'm more an investor than a trader. Even in trading situations, I want equities that I'd be willing to hold (i.e. good companies... bad timing on my part). Also... upon reflection, you are correct. My posts have been grandstanding (playing to an audience). I can't promise it won't happen again, but I will try to curb it. Regards, Paul

ACRT, some TA. Some forest, some trees. Oh Teri, if Davef happens to
repost this. You don't actually have to read it again. I've noticed some
previous charts have shown up on Yahoo and AOL. I've skipped them
a time or two myself. (;o) Really!!

Chart 1.http://www.geocities.com/WallStreet/Floor/3879/chart26.gif

Ok, once again the continued rise of the 4 most volatile momentum indicators
depicted here. All four gave buy signals on Friday. The RSI, Stochastics,
CCI and William%R.

A signal cross buy signal today from the MACD. This is a slower and
somewhat safer indicator. Black line over dotted black...middle box.
Note the Chaikin Acc./ Dist. indicator in the same box has leveled off.

This chart also shows the security has completely risen above the
Weighted 10 day moving average. It's the first time since the rally in
late January when the stock rose from around 16 1/2 to 22 before
continuing it's steep descent.

I've placed two green horizontal lines where I deem there to be some
support. One was the "gap from" level around 12 and the other around
11 where some support is offered recently as well as April.

I view two lesser points of resistance here at 12 5/8 and 14 1/8 with
stronger resistance at 17 and 22 1/4...not shown.

The 200 day moving average rests around 18.

This is a bullish short term chart but remember that for longer term investing
a chart is bearish until the price resides over some major moving averages.
These broken stocks can provide an opportunity but also carry a greater risk.

A chart should NEVER compel one to enter a stock. If you like a
company and are comfortable buying...a chart is beneficial in determining
when to go long. If you hate a company the chart helps in shorting
strategies....

These are my conjectures only concerning the TA...news, rumor and
innuendo will rule this stock.

Chart 2. More of an overview. The top box has the Binary Wave..a
combination of 5 indicators in red and the Money Flow Index in white.
At the moment the MFI is in a bullish divergence. It is often a
"leading" indicator and "seems" to be leading ACRT higher.
geocities.com

I like to use these indicators in tandem and watch for a cross of the slower
moving white by the red. An upward cross when both are rising
occurred today. The red must come up from below the red line.
I've noted with the blue lines when this has happened
before...note the results....don't get excited, I'm the only one that
uses these in tandem, so don't read anything into it.

One more caveat....this could tank tomorrow...TA can't save anything.
Study the fundamentals and make your own decisions.
