Did Datek ever respond to your e-mail? (probably not) I've been monitoring the posts on this thread since the format change and it's a safe bet to assume that the sentiment expressed here reflects the general sentiment of "most" of Datek's customer base. That being said, I'd like to know why, after reading the distress, frustration, and bewilderment of their customers regarding the "new coke", they went and changed the "classic" format after publically stating that they would not...because... When Datek launched their new "improved" site, I didn't care, because Datek management stated that the old site would not be changed. When they went and changed the old site, to the dismay of most on this thread, I assumed they were going to at least address major visual/readability problems. They did not. It has now been long enough for Datek to fix these minor problems, or at least inform their "fans" of what their intentions are. Datek management, I'm sure, had read all the posting on this thread before asking customers to submit their 4-digit user names+2, or whatever, to vote on something that was so obvious. CAN THEY READ ENGLISH? This should have been an insult to everyone who had previously offered their opinion. I think Datek management obviously does not know how to, or is not willing to, fix the problem. I WISH DATEK MANEGEMENT WOULD COME ON SI AND "SPILL SOME COFFEE, DRAW SOME SWORDS, AND PLAY LASER TAG", then tell us all what their plans are for the "clasic interface". I definitely do not want to yank my Datek accounts, however, I need to know (NOW) that Datek is definitely (or not) planning to address the visual/readability deficiencies in their interface. Thanks, DJC
