unfortunately that will dilute the stock by about 13-15%. So we are likely to see a bit of price reduction. However, it will likely be absorbed fairly quickly.

That all depends on the placees. You can see the stock is at the height of its promotion: high price/high volume, how much of the 3 million shares goes back in the market and how much of it can be absorbed remains to be seen; still, its a very large - and cheap - overhang.
