MG, Presently there is no publicly traded stock called WOTD. I am assuming that CVIA will change its name after the merger is complete. We should have a better idea in another week or so when the details of the merger are revealed (hopefully!). Any one else care to explain it better than I am? Take Care, Captain J.

WOTD and Kieth WOTD is a private corporation located in Kirkland, Wa. CVIA will become WOTD once the merger takes place and your shares will be converted to WOTD shares. I am looking into the connection of WOTD and Coastal Pacific Development(they share the same address). Anyone know something on this? Pat Charles is one of the main players at WOTD and have not been able to confirn his role in the new merged company. Kieth works at CVIA with Jack. I was give his name when I contacted WOTD. The secretary was going to patch me through to Pat Charles but came back with "You really should call...." so I haven't been able to talk to Pat (R.F.?) Charles as of yet. Anyway it's been fun doing some legwork on this and from my conversation with Kieth, I feel comfortable with the legitimacy of CVIA and Jack Arnold. I got into this for all the wrong reasons but have tried to get enough info to assure myself this is a company worth my investment risk. I give it a qualified yes. (qualified until I can reach the CEO of WOTD since Jack is only interim until the merger is completed)
