Looks like it is a press release announcing that the private placement has closed. I don't have any other details.

It was the required announcement of the closing of the PP. We did not have the full amounts in place as one of the parties was trying to cross their clients out of another stock, and I simply got tired of the waiting. I am placing the balance elsewhere, including taking more myself, along with my wife to close it off at the full $1M.
