Ok Folks, Let's get a few things straight. As it stands today, Barrington has right to purchase units of Antex stock. Each unit contains 142,860 common shares and the same number of warrants. Barrington has the right to buy 24.67 of these units. These units can be purchased beginning March 24, 1998. Barrington will be able to exercise at anytime within two years of this date. THIS DOES NOT MEAN ON MARCH 24TH ....... ZILLIONS OF SHARES OF ANTEX WILL HIT THE MARKET !!!!!!!! These shares may not even come about for another TWO YEARS. I sense a bit of nervousness of late by new and old investors in Antex. This nervousness is not necessary as valuations for Antex presented on this board by me and FJA at the Westergaard site TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THESE SHARES !!!!!!! My valuation not only includes the Barrington option ..... but also all exerciseable options held by company officers. That valuation currently stands at $2.51 .... absolutely FULLY DILUTED. That valuation, IMO, greatly UNDERvalues the potential of the Campy vaccine. As Antex enters Phase III trials and significantly higher sales potentials are factored in the valuation ..... the value rises to $6.52 FULLY DILUTED and assuming SKB is on board. Antex is a fully reporting company. Therefore, we will all be able to watch the transaction flow should Barrington decide to exercise. To be more specific, Barrington will have to pay Antex over $3 million dollars to fully exercise the options. Antex will have to register those shares. Barrington will have to file a Schedule 13G (if I remember correctly) to disclose their ownership in the company as it will be more than 5% of the stock. As Barrington buys/sells Antex shares ....... THEY WILL HAVE TO FILE EACH TIME. WE WILL BE FULLY AWARE OF WHAT BARRINGTON IS DOING !!! Antex is NOT your average BB stock. There are no hidden REG S shares, sweetheart floorless convertibles or any other easy money financings. The Blair/Barrington option was out there as a result of Antex having no other choice at the time Blair did a secondary offering for Antex. Antex had to leave open the possibility of needing more money for R&D and that's why these options are out there. SKB came later and now Antex is SOLID as a rock and doesn't need Blair/Barrington. The bottom line of all this is that Blair happened before SKB came along and Antex doesn't have any power to revoke those options. I'm sure that Antex has been held back somewhat by these options ..... but at the same time ... it has allowed me and others to accumulate significant positions in Antex fairly cheaply. Antex is a long term investment. The waves in the chart provide me and others opportunity for accumulation and short term profits. This has worked VERY well in the past .... and I am certain that it will continue to do so going forward. IMO ..... IF Antex stock declines ..... it will be the result of weak handed sellers who don't understand what this company is all about. And you can bet your bippy, I'll be pushing my way to the front of the trading line to get ANY cheap Antex shares. I am very sure that I won't be the only one =). I'll throw another one out into cyberspace. What happens if Antex strikes another deal ..... say .... with a major pharmaceutical that produces animal vaccines ??? Let's say that company pays Antex $10 million up front for licensing rights and all the other good stuff. What if Doc decides ... to use some of that cash to buy back the Blair/Barrington shares ??? Will everyone still be concerned ???? NOT !! Antex would quadruple in a flash ! You are thinking to yourself ..... what does he know ??? .... right about now. I can tell you that this is only a possibility. But it COULD happen. Geez .... sorry for rambling on. I am a firm believer in Antex and it pains me to see people trembling over this Blair/Barrington thing. Think long term gains. For new investors to Antex ...... I encourage due diligence and make up your own mind about the potential with Antex and keeping in mind that Antex should be viewed as a long term investment. If you are nervous about Blair/Barrington but like Antex..... either delay your purchase or purchase a partial position in the stock and look for opportunity to acquire the rest of you intended position. I will be more than happy to answer any questions regarding Antex any of you may have. I've been quiet of late, but work is slowing down finally and I should be able to post a little more often. Mike
