With USWest, it appears the answer is 'yes'.

People talk about PAIR with Bay...a possibility, but a company called WSTL supposedly has BA and GTE...I think the other RBOCs are with Alcatel right now...things may change. :-) I think someone who has strong ATM stuff to compete with CSCO (ATM will be used with ADSL), may want someone like a WSTL or PAIR more...Im thinking ASND.
