David, the Russell 2000 (the troops) has just now begun to parallel the movement of the Russell 1000 (the generals). This is considered bullish and non-speculative. What happens to hardware does not happen necessarily to the whole market. In other words, "as Maine goes, so goes Vermont", but not the nation. dp

David....Jeeez it's been so long since I saw a rally I couldn't say if they are getting weaker or not. Today's close, basically where it closed yesterday, is a good sign. You probably noticed Intc did about the same thing today. Yahoo and the like are lessons learned a long time ago.
