DELL has a business model that works like a charm ... as well as a screwdriver. And it's a matter of timing. While CPQ is absorbed assimilating the DEC acquisition and building its vertical integration business model, the window of opportunity is wide open for DELL. PC growth in Europe and Asia has yet to take off and DELL is well-positioned.
