Nicely done, Wade. Your best satire yet! I can only stand by my prior remarks. It would seem likely, however, that warrants will play a role. To what extent, I don't know. Hey, I'm with the rest of you: Waiting for the money report. Incidentally, Other Chap is right on Price Waterhouse. They will tell you if you've got cooked books or not. I still see the OTC shell and now a Nasdaq shell as the strategy for bringing something bigger on board. ESVS has a Texas connection. Heck, they've got money down dah, don't they? Maybe a long, tall Texan--with a fat wallet--will ride into town and clean out all the scoundrels.
