Floyd L. English, chairman, president and chief executive officer of ANDW, said, ''During
the March quarter, we are seeing signs that overall customer spending in the
U.S. wireless infrastructure market has slowed. Delays in infrastructure
construction, especially in Brazil and Southeast Asia, have resulted in slower
growth than expected for those regions and has also reduced our near term
sales expectations.
