Doesn't crash.
Feels snappier ... on the same HW NT feels more responsive to me.
Less garbage behavior ... less disk thrashing like Win9x.
Better organized ... after a short learning curve, I like the "fit together" over Win9x.

On Win9x, I feel like I'm walking on eggs ... I don't have that feeling on NT ... even a Beta 1.

I have a room full of PCs here, old and new, and haven't got a
device that NT doesn't support. NT5 is vastly better than NT4 in this area.
