<bad news coming from another company isn't going to beat it down much further.> Unless the other company is on the verge of becoming one with the subject company. Don't be naive. A DEC bombshell is good for another 8 - 10 % haircut. The only good to come out of it may be if it throws the CPQ/DEC merger into question. I managed to wiggle out of about 3/4 of my CPQ position with a tolerable loss this morning. Am debating whether to keep the remainder until the DEC story is known. Larry
