Lee - Patricia Johnston's name sounded so familiar when I came across it, but I couldn't place my finger on where I had heard the name. If you get a chance to dig into past posts (if you have any interest) let me know. Who is Jack? and how is Jack and Patricia connected to INCE, other than an apparent close (personal) relationship with Cheri Perry and Paul Metzinger? Bill FYI -- In case anyone wanted to read through some of the SEC filings on SUNY, which has become intertwined with INCE, here are a couple links to two SEC filings that paint a pretty good picture of who's who, and what's what. SUNY of course has become Nanopierce.... INCE owns 70% of Nanopierce, but the other 30% has not been publically accounted for as of yet. I'm assuming the former shareholders of SUNY hold the other 30%....., but do not know this to be true. Paul's wife, Cheri Perry, was one of the two largest shareholders in the company up until Dec. 31st, 1997.
