Thanks for the reference but unfortunately I have not received the March issue to date.

Can anyone tell me what Brinker's current recommendation on a "buying opportunity" might be? Is it still Dow 7400 or has he increased it?

I think he said below 8000. I guess if you are (or think you are) in a bull market 7% to 10% off the top is a good rule of thumb.
