Hi Dan....

I followed you over to VLSI from the Zthread, after looking at the charts and watch it trade for about a week. Took a small position last week @ 18 1/2.

After reading your posts over the past 18 months, I respect your T/A skills and value your opinion, so I sincerely hope you keep us updated on VLSI.

As you've stated, VLSI appears to have firm support @ 18 and first level resistance in the 19 - 20 range. What's your target?

Regards,

Jack

Dan,

You express very sound reasons for holding onto your position.
I know you've done your homework. The open interest in the puts
is higher than the calls which is usually a bullish indicator.
There is more negative sentiment and this being a contrary
indicator is another bullish indicator. There is support at
18 and if your playing this stock for a point or two you may
be doing the right thing by holding.

I may be completely wrong but in my opinion VLSI will continue
to lose customers to LU and LSI. Their cash flow will decrease
and earnings will continue to fall unless they can get their act
together.

Rick
