Funny you should say that. My husband bought a GTW product and sent it back twice. He said the damn GTW phone recording nearly drove him mad while he was on hold. All in all, not a good experience, and he won't be buying any more GTW products.

I was not comparing the computers of IBM, CPQ,DELL,GTW. What I intend was that DELL and GTW are not the same as IBM or CPQ when it comes to the recent inventory problems that CPQ is having. They have different distribution channels so CPQ's problem does not affect DELL or GTW.
I also hear some people on this thread say that they had problems with GTW's computers, I don't dispute this; however, I also know alot of people who have Gateways and don't have any problems. I work for a large $9 Billion company who only buys Gateway and we are all happy with the computers.
