Hi Sam,

It seems that the market is expecting an oil well, don't know if we have one yet. Sounds like we may certainly have a gas well. Unfortunately Esso and Berkley have Mr. Mcleod gaged and in a box otherwise I suspect he could have done some damage control(for lack of better words). I personally do not see a problem with a good gas well, indication is this may be Esso's choice.

If I am reading the signs correct, I suspect Esso will drill at least 2 more wells on the property.

The immediate problem is whether to exercise these rights. We could have something good but if the world does not know it there will be no effect on the stock price. I have no intention on exercising any of my rights unless BEA is well above .70 and STF well above .35. What is this going to get me, an option to by BEA at $3.00 and STF at $1.50 between now and May 2,1998. What if the decide not to release any information in April, then what, I have worthless warrants.

I would really like to know who the genius is who thought this up. How the hell did they arrive at these figures. Please no one tell me about the dilution issue on a placement, what effect would a few million more shares have in the overall scheme of things. The fact of the matter maybe that they simple can't get any more money, unless McLeod speaks up we may never know.
