That is a good percent excitement. As was SCMM yesterday.

To sum up, I'd say the Broadcom excitement stems from a belief that they own the market for complex broadband communication ASIC's, and that they have solid backing from industry leaders. Not saying that necessarily means anything or whether it's entirely true, but I think that's the basis for the high level of interest.
