Perhaps just the carrot dangling in front of your nose, to keep you from selling? It's not like this would be the first time Osicom has misled investors. Perhaps in a year we'll be asking, "When will the alliance be announced?", and Par will say, "We cannot comment on that at this time.".

The company is really good at promising big things ahead, and really poor at delivering them.
