Don, it is my understanding that what is before the Supreme Court in Venezuela is an application by KRY to have the granting of alluvial and veta rights by the Ministry of Mines (MEM) to CVG declared VOID. The next steps, I would ASSUME, would be for KRY to apply to secure these rights, as it holds the land ownership rights (rulings 1,2 and 3.) Gold Reserve reports (Mar 4) that the mining rights for the Brisas hardrock concession were approved by MEM and PUBLISHED in the Official Gazette. As for Chesbar Don, I would like nothing more than to have the same information confirmed independently. This would make Las Cristinas, Brisas and La Salle as the only concessions carrying veta rights. Please take note that there is a new National Mining Law is being drafted. The Senate Energy and Mines Committee has completed its work last Friday.
