Rob, thanks for your input. If these analysts have no vested interest they may reconsider their rating. I first want to read their reports/arguments.

BFIT will save $4 million in financing but they blew 20+ million retiring the old debt. This was taken as an extraordinary charge that will soon be forgotten. Nice way to blow away 25% of their equity offering!

Folks this complaint is dated February 98! I can see they are really pushing to upgrade facilities!

There is no hot water in the showers in the men's locker room at the Washington & Wabash location. This problem has existed for several months. The floor drain in the locker room has been clogged since I joined last summer. This means that if you get stuck in one of the shower stalls near the drain you will be standing in several inches of water.
