Why don't you simply inform the shareholders of who the BOD is and what they are saying in regard to the money and trading ? I think what you're attempting to do is intimidate the disgruntled shareholders from airing their concerns. What other reason would you have for posting what yu just did? They have been patient for long enough and they are entitled to vent their anger and to decide on any course of action they wish to take. Hopefully, your intimidation won't work.
