Unfortunately, if you win the class action suit, those who ARE involved in the lies and deceit ARE NOT brought to justice. You and I, as shareholders are the ones who will suffer from a dilution in shares. It's a very natural reaction to want to be vindicated, however, this is not the means to the end. If you want to file criminal charges, then by all means do so.

Ditto to what Greg said. There was a story going around years ago about an employee owned company that was suffering the effects of a strike by their employees. I fear that most of these class action suits make about as much sense-it can only lead to a weaker equity position for the stockholders.
