Thank you for your good luck. I do believe VLSI will turn around soon.
As VLSI's VP of corporate communications believes that a "significant"
part of wireless communications products and satellite set-top boxes's
softness is cyclical in nature. Part of that softness can be
attributed to the cancellation of a $15 million order from ERICY.

In a research note, BancAmerica Robertson Stephens & Co. analyst
Daniel Niles stated that ERICY's cancellation is due to inventory
reduction policy and it should end by the second quarter of this year.
That figured into his reasoning for upgrading VSLI's stock to "buy".

Based on Daniel Niles statement, we believe the lower price is
temporary and a good opportunity to buy at this level.

Dan,

Do you buy the theory that the price of stock tend to move to the point where most options expire worthless? Where can we find out put and call volume?

Thanks in advance,

Yiqun Xie
