Matty, the question is who/what entity is buying the Convertible Preferreds, not where does ESVS have $50 Million. It seems even odd to me, that a small company can bring in such a large catch.....

.....The PR describes Convertible Preferreds valued at $50 Million being made available for purchase mid-March....my sense is that this is too big deal, and that the only way that this could happen and ESVS feel confident to put out a PR on this, is if buyer(s) were already lined up to buy the Convertible Preferreds.

The company line is that they will inform us with a PR once the details are hammered out (at least if they raised the money and how it will be distributed among the companies/divisions.
