[Of significance] The March 9 'Spring Internet World '98' issue of Internet World had one SIW lead-off article (ref/posts 1223 and 1230)...In the print version of Internet World, formerly WEBWEEK, this [feature] article appears on the front page. There is also a SIW special section in the back of this Mar 9 IW issue, of which, had a section on Development Software. Again, of significance, in our opinion, SoftQuad was the only company cited whose headline is SoftQuad Ships XML-Based Tool...

We cover this as we believe media coverage, frequency, placement, timing, positioning, etc. may be ultimately signifiicant/relavant pursuant to 'street' awareness, industry perceived value, and a Company's intermediate-long-term shareholder value [creation and or destruction]. Given XML is being touted, by all accounts, as the most significant advancement in the Internet, to date, and given internet WORLD, at this time,is one of the [de facto] voices of 'e-business and internet technology' whose parent (NASDAQ:MECK) also established/ owns/operates all Internet World conventions worldwide...they should know what may be important to the future of the Internet...so we print it and hopefully don't appear to be chasing down only good news...but potentially (good or bad) significant news.
