I agree with you Mathon. Currently SGI is going with their existing direct sales force to market their PC's. They should model success like Dell in the mid run anyways. They need a new marketing plan.

Hi Mathon-

Glad to see that you are still around--was beginning to wonder what had happened to you. From what you had posted not too long ago about your investments I did think of you last week when some of the tech stocks started their hanky panky. Sorry about the losses, but as you know that goes with the territory. I don't believe that anyone ever did much investing but they had some losses. If they say that they have't ever had any, keep your eye on them, they will lie about other things also. Oh well, as my feeble minded cousin used to say, "Easy come-Easy go". I am sure that there are still changes that Rick needs to make within the company, and hopefully he will keep plugging away at the job. As the old saying goes,"Rome wasn't built in a day", and I imagine it is going to take some time for SGI to recover. Tell Ringo and the rest of the Camel Corps to keep the sand out of their sandals.

Happy Hunting

dd

Knows his camels indeed. And I still have a sneaky feeling that he is a prime contender for buying out SGI. I know, I'm crazy, but don't sell your SGI till Dell spends his cash on something else at the very least.
